Hoboken NJ Engagement: Rachel & Tyler

I had a great evening photographing Rachel & Tyler. They just moved to Hoboken and they  wanted to capture fun shots in their new town. I love the green patina of the Hoboken Train Station, it worked so well with the vintage props that Paige from Gilded Lily Events provided. Can't wait for their wedding next fall at Trump National in Bedminster NJ.

I had such a great time with Jackie and Danny photographing their engagement session in Chelsea, The West Village and on The High Line in NYC! Looking forward to their wedding at St. Ignatius Loyola & The Metropolitan Club later this summer.

Spring Lake Engagement: Elizabeth and Robert: New Jersey Fine Art Photography

I had a great time photographing Liz and Rob's engagement session. They were not beach people so we shot in the park and around the town of Spring Lake. Love that Liz wanted shots with and with out her adorable glasses. They are getting married at one of my favorite venues, Bonnet Island Estate, next August .

Fall Engagement: Stephanie & Tim: New Jersey Fine Art Photography

We are so excited to be working with Tim and Stephanie! They have scheduled their wedding for the summer of 2016 at The Ashford Estate, but, in the meantime, they decided they wanted some stunning autumn engagement photos.

Fall is a great time to take portraits, whether as an engaged couple, family, maternity, or wedding.  With the colorful foliage and the weather starting to cool down to allow for some playful layering of clothes, autumn days offer the best variety for portraits.  Overcast days allow for beautiful, even lighting. But on the other hand, sunny crisp days bring a bright blue sky as a breathtaking contrast against the warm bright leaves.  We were so happy when Stephanie and Tim decided to do a fall engagement session!

Spring Lake Engagement Session: Cherry Blossoms & Sea Breeze: Monmouth County E Session

School sweethearts Amy & Mike have been in each others live since nursery school.  They were prom dates senior year in high school and great friends through college.  They moved to Hoboken to start their new lives together and last April Mike surprised Amy with roses and a special question.  He than took her to dinner at a favorite restaurant where both of their families were waiting to celebrate the happy couple.  I just can't wait to capture their wedding at Trump National Golf Course in Bedminster this June!

Ocean City New Jersey Engagement Session: NJ Engagement Photographers

I am just so trilled for Kristy & Jeff's upcoming wedding!! With their ceremony at one of my favorite churches Christ The King in New Vernon and a reception at the newly renovated Maplewood Country Club I know it will be just stunning.  For their engagement shots Kristy  & Jeff chose one of their favorite dating spots Ocean City NJ. Looking back on these I can still feel the warm sun and beach breeze.

A Red Bank Engagement Session: New Jersey Engagement Photographers

Carol & John have a special bond with Red Bank.  They love tooling on their beach cruisers through town, walking their dog Rivington along Riverside Park and the outdoor cafes on Broad Street.    Both of them grew up in neighboring towns and John's father owns Jack's Music Shoppe a local gem on Broad Street.  To them Red Bank says home.  I am so excited for their wedding next year at The Shadowbrook!
